When you open a support request (ticket), we collect your name and phone number. Purpose: to let the store linked to your order handle your request, reply to you and contact you back if needed. Legal basis: performance of the service (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) in providing quality support.
Recipients: the store linked to your order can see the name and phone number attached to the ticket, along with its content and any attachments. Retention: these exchanges are kept for the duration of processing; the ticket is then closed after 30 days of inactivity and permanently deleted after 12 months.
