Pazzini was born from the passion of an Italian family settled in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. From our shop, we select the best of Italy: cured meats, exceptional cheeses, artisanal pasta and cold-pressed olive oils.
But our commitment goes further. Convinced that quality should not mean waste, we created an anti-waste basket system to give value to the day's unsold products.
Pazzini is a Tuscan family name — and a nod to « pazzo », crazy in Italian. The suffix « -ini » is Italian tenderness: the little crazy ones.
And you do have to be a little crazy to believe no good product deserves the bin — crazy enough to save 791 meals and counting.
